We are excited to announce a new Armenian Genocide and Artsakh crisis teaching initiative. The Holocaust Genocide Education Network Executive Director Mark Cole has asked our parishioners, Ara Bagdasarian and Raz Pounardjian, who are actively involved in Genocide and Artsakh awareness talks in different High Schools, to arrange a Cleveland Armenian Genocide Education Workshop in our Church.

After productive Zoom discussions with Mark Cole, Misty Ebinger, Ara Bagdasarian, Raz Pounardjian, and Jay Bagdasarian, we are pleased to announce plans for a high school teacher workshop in Ohio on June 13th and 14th, 2024. Misty Ebinger, an amazing New London School educator, got an Armenian Gen Ed scholarship and successfully conducted an engaging Armenia/Artsakh educational event in November. We are glad to continue supporting passionate educators like Misty

The workshop will be in St. Gregory of Narek Cultural Hall. A good level of participation is expected, with 20–30 instructors attending. The workshop will also cover the latest situation in Artsakh. Stay updated as we work together to educate about the Armenian Genocide.
