| This past Saturday, our community came together to celebrate love and faith during the Early Valentine’s Day & St. Sarkis Celebration. Following an uplifting church service, Der Hratch led a special blessing prayer for all married and engaged couples. In addition to the couples’ blessing, Der Hratch offered an engaging class for Sunday School kids, focusing on clergy vestments.
Students had the unique opportunity to see and touch each piece of vestment up close, learning about their significance and the stories behind them. This interactive experience allowed the children to deepen their understanding of the church’s traditions. We are happy to also see a new Altar server, Logan who served on the Altar for the first time with the guidance of Dn. Serop Demirjian. The event was filled with warmth, joy, and meaningful connections. Thank you to everyone who attended and made this occasion truly special.
