The Armenian Cultural Garden was proud to participate in two community events over the weekend: the CCGF Installation Dinner on Friday, April 11, and the “Around the World” cultural showcase at the Willowick Public Library on Saturday, April 12. At Friday’s dinner, ACG was well-represented with a dedicated table among other cultural groups such as the Palestinian, German, and Lebanese gardens. During the event, ACG President Suzelle Avitsian was officially installed for her second term on the CCGF Board, recognizing her continued leadership and service.
On Saturday, the Narekatsi Dance Group opened the international performances with grace and energy—earning well-deserved applause. A special highlight was little Katya, whose solo performance captured the hearts of everyone present.
Visitors to the Armenian table enjoyed fresh, homemade gatah generously brought by Vahagn Ohanyan, and engaged with our culture through a poster board, books, and conversation.
Thank you to all who participated and helped showcase the beauty and richness of Armenian heritage.
