St. Gregory of Narek Sunday School Celebrates Its Graduates

On Sunday, May 18, the StGregory of Narek Sunday School community gathered for a heartfelt Closing Ceremony and Graduation, marking the conclusion of another blessed year of learning and faith formation. Presided over by Yn. Naira Azatyan-Sargsyan, the program honored the dedication of students, teachers, and parents alike.

Every student received a participation certificate as a sign of encouragement and achievement. The ceremony reached its joyful peak as four devoted graduates—Mher Poghosyan, Ashot Davtyan, Narek Yeranossian, and Mane Sargsyan—were presented with Graduation Diplomas and personalized Bibles gifted by His Grace Bishop Mesrop, Primate of the Eastern Diocese.

The event featured inspiring speeches by the graduates, Sunday School Superintendent Yn. Naira, proud parents, and Pastor Fr. Hratch, each offering words of gratitude, reflection, and encouragement. Yn. Naira spoke passionately about carrying the light of faith beyond the classroom, reminding graduates that their spiritual journey continues as a witness to God’s love in the world.

Everyone enjoyed a delicious luncheon, graciously hosted by the Sunday School, which brought together families and friends to celebrate this meaningful milestone.
