This past Sunday, our parish gathered for a beautiful and meaningful Palm Sunday celebration, combined with ACYOA Youth Day at St. Gregory of Narek Armenian Church.

We began with the Opening of the Doors Service followed by a festive Divine Liturgy, entering into the joy of the day and commemorating the triumphant Entry of our Lord into Jerusalem. A particularly special moment was the Blessing of the Youth, reminding us of the vital role our young people hold in the life of our Church.

Our Sunday School also participated in the celebration with a dedicated Palm Sunday lesson, followed by a hands-on craft activity that helped bring the message of the day to life for our children.

Following services, we enjoyed a wonderful luncheon prepared and hosted by our NextGen youth, together with many devoted volunteers. We extend our sincere thanks to everyone who attended, brought dishes to share, and assisted with setup and cleanup.

We are especially grateful to this year’s hosts—Angela Sarukhanyan, Stela Sarukhanyan, Dr. Sona Yeritsyan, and Dn. Ari Narek Terjanian—for their care and coordination in organizing this beautiful gathering. Our heartfelt thanks also go to all our youth and volunteers whose efforts made the day such a success.

It was truly a full and blessed day in the life of our parish.
