This past Sunday, the Armenian Community of Columbus gathered in prayer and fellowship to celebrate Father’s Day. The day began with the celebration of the Divine Liturgy (Badarak), during which we offered prayers of thanksgiving for all fathers, grandfathers, godfathers, and father figures who faithfully guide and support their families.
Following the Badarak, a special blessing was offered for all fathers in attendance, asking God to grant them wisdom, strength, good health, and steadfast faith as they continue their sacred vocation of nurturing and leading their families.
The celebration continued with fellowship and refreshments, providing an opportunity for families and friends to gather together and honor the important role fathers play within the home, the Church, and the community.
We thank all who participated in making this day a meaningful celebration and pray that God bless all fathers abundantly with His love and grace.
