Our Lenten Friday Prayer & Featured Speaker series continued with another thoughtful and uplifting evening of worship, learning, and fellowship. We began with our Lenten prayer service, centering ourselves in the quiet and reflective spirit of the season.
Our featured presentation, “The Body as God’s Temple! Kidney Health and Stewardship of the Body,” was offered by Dr. Sevag Demirjian and hosted by Tatev Hakobyan. Dr. Demirjian, Nephrologist and Director of Critical Care Nephrology at Cleveland Clinic, spoke about the importance of caring for our bodies as a sacred responsibility. He provided practical guidance on kidney health, prevention, and lifestyle choices, while reminding us that stewardship extends beyond finances to include the physical health God has entrusted to us.
A meaningful evening that encouraged us to honor God not only in prayer, but also in how we care for ourselves.
